SPECIAL FEATURES

DESCRIPTION
The Republic Remnant Ranger core serves as an advance expeditionary force and requires gear capable of handling those duties. Needing to be able to move relatively swiftly, but needing to have some protection from the elements and enemy weapons, the Ranger Armor was created using the hide of a known saber resistant worm, and armorweave. The two combined are lighter in weight than using standard armors would be, allowing the Rangers to be more mobile than standard soldiers, but still affording them a lot of the protection. The inclusion of the HUD in the helmet allows them to operate even at night and keep track of their fellow rangers on the battlefield or in other conditions.
