- Repulsors and thrusters on each side provide considerable speed, maneuverability, and can reach great heights.
- The board does have a pair of exterior boots that can be placed over someone's shoes, or bare legs having an electromagnetic system to allow the user to stay on the board.
- Wrist piece controls intensity and boot grip. Can be used to guide the board when disconnected but this is not usually useful unless moving cargo without a person on board.

DESCRIPTION
Repulsor board allows the user a high range of mobility without the requirement of hand controls that most speeders require, or the explosive risk that jetpacks have. Though it can be used in space, the board was designed for planetside use, mainly using Repulsor technology. The Thrusters primarily provide for speed and acceleration, meaning use in gravity-less space is reduced.
Because it was made with Duraplast exterior, it is remarkably sturdy and resistant to EMP and ION weaponry. However, aside from when being placed between the user and the attack, this isn’t particularly helpful. And doing so would also mean it wouldn’t work as well in movement as it would be pushing them away from that location.
Though the board may resemble a Skimboard in some ways, it has a considerably higher range of applicability, as it is meant to replace one person speeders
