The repulsor boots are made to work in combination with the repulsor feature of Ruth Les'mer's vambraces. It allows Ruth to jump a great height (relative to the planet's gravitational pull) and also allows him to glide and hover.

SPECIAL FEATURES
- The repulsorlift technology allows Ruth to jump high, hover and glide by using the repulsor's gravitational push to hover above the ground.
- By using the boots in tandem with his vambraces, Ruth can push himself in multiple different directions in the air at a relatively high speed.
- Using the boots on planets or spaces with a strong gravitational pull can alter the effectiveness of the technology in mid air.
- The boots do not allow the user to properly fly. While Ruth may be able to maintain some ascending height for a few moments, he will eventually start to be pulled slowly back to the ground.
