Request Info from Artist

I have just fixed my computer and installed photo shop for editing and such. I have wanted to start making tags and signatures for my faction but am not well versed in how to create, dimensions, and posting such artworks. I would love to start creating artwork as I was an Animation Student for some time before... Stuff, and it would be great if people could help me start another project to occupy my time between editing.

Is there anyone that can assist with this.
