Requesting Amnesty

Greetings. Quick and short: I made this character with a background of having killed soldiers and other representatives of Factions. Mostly only those that got cocky around Ranik's slave owner, but sometimes the slave owner would send Ranik out on kill missions. That all occurred over 6 years ago, and then Ranik went into hiding after his master died. Now that he has re-emerged, he wishes to contact the One Sith for redemption, to pay the price for his actions (and live) by meeting with someone who can grant amnesty, and see about favors that can be done to be granted such a thing.

I expect there to be tension, but Ranik is offering to do work, work most others won't have to get their hands in, someone who will do the work who has no ties with anyone, which wouldn't lead back to anyone. Someone with great skills that can be used, for free.


Basically the idea goes that there was a bounty set on him from the One Sith, but eventually as he couldn't be found, the bounty was forgotten. After all...

This could be something interesting. Perhaps the Sith who put the bounty on you is dead and those in power now are more amenable to working with you.

Well Thanith here is an Naval Officer. You could get picked up during a patrol. After which you would be handed over to the Sector Voice.

From there it would be very easy to attract the notice of the Sith Assassins or any Sith you choose for that matter.

Clearing a bounty is easy. You can use a little hand waving and poof no longer exists. Or if you want to do a little story element then no worries.

Thanith can pick you up during a Patrol. Find out you have a bounty on your head when he runs your name through the OS records. Then question you about the bounty.

From there he can turn you over to [member="Lord Mythos"] or frankly any other Sith you want with if he likes your story Thanith acting as your Lawyer of sorts.


At the end of the day it is your character and you decide exactly what you want your character to go through.

Sounds sweet. [member="Darth Erebos"] and [member="Darth Rapax"] have been thinking of making the Council of three kings to deal with such special cases. Could be a nice way to do it.
