The purpose of this subforum is simple. Every faction is to have a designated area where Factory submissions can be pre-screened by the faction memberbase. Through this, the quality of submissions improves and the chances of getting a piece of technology or a starship approved increases! As such, before posting anything in the factory on behalf of the CIS; or if you'd like others to look over your work before clicking "post", simply toss up the submission here for a peer review.
