Chloe had a knack at sticking her nose where it didn't belong. She often would surf the interwebs just for the fun of it to see if she discovered something interesting. Most of the time the woman came up empty handed but sometimes she found something that was worth looking into further. This was one of those times.

A normally woman would be chit chatting somewhere with her friends talking about babies and getting together a nursery. Chloe though was anything but normal and she would get to those things eventually. She had ideas of what she would like but there was still plenty of time and she was in no rush.

"There is literally no information on the place we are headed. I have done a sweep of the interwebs and nothing. Nobody seems to know exactly what we are getting ourselves into." Chloe couldn't help but be excited about exploring the unknown. She was sure that he was worried about what they could run into but she was more excited about exploring. Looking up from the couch she was sitting on to her husband she smiled lightly. She was glad he had agreed on going on this exploration mission with her. Chloe had told him to think of it as a vacation. A better and more romantic vacation would be on a beach somewhere especially since that was where they had met. It was possible that they were going somewhere with a beach.

"We should be there soon by my calculation and don't worry everything will be fine. I mean if they wanted to start wars with the rest of the galaxy they would have long before now."

Chloe knew how lucky she was to have found a man whom jumped at the chance to go exploring with her. She always cherished the time she spent with him even if it was them running from enemies. The exploration of the three planets she had in mind she hoped would be peaceful, fun and relaxing. They were not looking for trouble but they came prepared if there was any.

Standing somewhat ill at ease he rolled his shoulders and internally mourned the decision to leave his beskar'gam behind. He was a mandalorian and it was first nature, not second, to wear the armor as skin. It had saved him from a multitude of injuries and to him, it was a little piece of yaim. Turning as he looked at the woman sitting on the couch he allowed a small smile. Nayc, naasad beskar'gam a ner riduur cuyir ner yaim.

Listening to his wife speak he couldn't help but see the excitement she had for finally getting away alone together. They were near each other often, but to have quality time outside of their norm was an unexpected thing, and something he cherished closely. Even without using the force he could sense as memories of stolen moments crossed her mind. First surely was their time on Spira while another had to be the last adventure they had went on together. Bittersweet, aay'han, memories of their past .The joy and pleasure combined with the pain and fear of certain ordeals. I wouldn't trade them or her for anything. "So what's the plan ner kar'ta?"

Stepping forward he moved to the sofa and wrapped an arm leisurely around her shoulder as he stretched out his legs. Not a twinge of pain was felt in the one that had been injured so recently. Not that it mattered. Pain could be controlled, could be used. It was the body's way of letting you know su cuy gar, that you were still alive. But there was more to life then just living .There was love. And tin had found it with Chloe.

" Nayc, naasad beskar'gam a ner riduur cuyir ner yaim." "No, not any armor but my wife to be my home"

The thought of going somewhere other than a strange planet had come to mind. It would have been either and less risky to go back to Spire where they first met. She didn't regret though taking him to some far off unknown planet to explore.

"The plan is to explore, relax and have a good time. This is supposed to be our vacation after all." She smiled leaning her head against his shoulder as he placed his arm around her neck. It was nice to sit back and relax with him. Normally they both were so busy and things would only get more chaotic in the coming months.

"There are few notes from travelers to these places but not much. These planets don't have the technology we do so I'm not too worried. I think the first place we are going has an underwater city that could be interesting. If all else fails we can just go swimming," she winked at him.

They would be there soon and than they would see exactly what it was that they were dealing with.

"We can always just stay here" she started as she gently kissed his cheek and started a trail of kisses down his neck. "Or even an excluded cavern."

"Mmm, swimming, staying here, a cavern. Are you trying to seduce me Mrs. Kandossii? Because it's working." Wrapping his arms around her he pulled her into his lap and kissed her lips. But then he rested his open palm over her abdomen, fingers lightly brushing as he closed his eyes. "You have no idea everything you have done for me. By being there, by loving me, by saying the marriage vow back. You amaze me Chloe, everyday. "Ni kar'taylir gar darasuum ner cyar'ika."

He kissed her lips. After a moment he eased back, arms still around her with palm resting upon her still. "I think you will have fun in that underwater city. And I have fun with you. Where ever. It's always fun."

What he didn't know was that he did the same for her. If she had never met Atin she would be sitting behind a computer screen all day. He had given her that brighter future that she had always dreamed of. He was her everything and her love for him grew daily.

"I could say the same for you. Your my better half, my soulmate. I would be lost without you." She turned to lightly kiss him on the cheek.

"I shall try my hand at seducing you in the castle under the sea," she grinned to herself as she leaned back against him with a happy sigh.

She could have stayed like that forever but the ship dinged that they were about to land.

"I'll be back ner cyar'ika," she stated as she got up off his lap and gently kissed his cheek. "Check to make sure we have everything?" She asked before heading off to the cockpit.

Watching her go with a small smile Atin slowly stood and stretched. She truly was amazing. And Chloe was quickly picking up mando'a which made him proud. All she needed was her own set of beskar'gam and she would be like one born to it. Of course Atin was prolonging that a bit with her condition. He knew mando women still wore the armor while pregnant but he knew how she liked to be with him anytime he got neck deep in combat. And he didn't want to give her any more reasons to try to put herself at risk.

Hovering over the bags he looked to where a black bag sat to the side. It contained his own 'iron skin'. For once he was going to leave it safe and secure and behind. This was supposed to be a vacation not another skirmish. So he left that back where it lay. Grabbing his bag and the other two suitcases he lugged them to the airlock where he would grab them as they left the ship.

Heading to where his riduur was he looked once more at his packed armor. But he wasn't a complete fool. A vibroblade was up his right sleeve. A DC-15 on his right hip. And his lightsaber hilt was tucked into his boot.

She knew that soon she wouldn't be able to take these sort of trips with him. It wasn't forever of course but while their son was a baby she wanted to be there to take care of him. She wanted to be the stay at home house wife whom took care of the kids and worked on the side. Chloe wouldn't have even thought of having a child if she wasn't going to be there for him and raise him. The woman wasn't sure the sex of her child yet and it didn't matter just she thought boy.

Once she began the landing pattern she grabbed the weapons that she had brought with her. It would be nice to have a map to this hidden city or at least some guidness but she had nothing. This meant they could be roaming around and never find it. She didn't mind as long as they had fun together.

Taking his hand she lead them off the ship and into what looked like a forest. She didn't see any water nearby but hopefully they were not far off. She could hear the creatures of the forest and as much as she wished to just prance around in it they needed to be on their guard. “Hopefully the natives are friendly.”

With the two bags hanging from his left shoulder and Chloe's hand in his right he followed her off the ship and into the forestry. Small lizard like creatures leaped from limb to limb above them, gliding on thin membranes that attached from their forelegs to tail. As the light shone through the membranes they flickered colors. Nodding his head up at the flock of hundreds drifting through the air he smiled.

Dropping his gaze after a few moments he began looking closely to the ground. Letting his fingers slip from his wife's he moved forward in off steps as he looked at the ground. His instincts kicked in, not ones in the force but ones honed as a child, and his eyes looked for the small sign of animal tracks, the scent of excretement, and the faint sounds of small animals chirping and squeaking.

"Game trail here. Should lead to water." He straightened and looked back to his wife and reached out to take her hand. "Your water world awaits ner riduur."

Chloe had grown up in the desert so knowing how to to track in the forest was not something she had learned as a child. It was something that the woman had learned though her years of military training and spy work. She liked to think such things were all behind her.

"Something has scratched these trees," she quietly stated as she walked over to touch the bark and ran her hands over the scratches. "I'm not sure what made these but I doubt it's human or near-human. Anyway we shouldn't worry and just go see the water world." She smiled taking a hold of his hand.

She was kind of surprised he wasn't wearing his armor as he normally did. Chloe's beskar'gam was still a work in progress as she worked on it when he was away because it was a surprise for him.

Holding her hand again they walked along. But thanks to Chloe's astute observation of the tree trunks it made him wonder just what kind of animal made the marks. But looking once more to his wife he decided to not let it worry him and to put aside that particular characteristic that made him constantly wary, untrusting, and prepared for battle. After all he had left his beskar'gam back on the ship an a conscious decision to make this be a relaxing vacation for the two of them.

With his hand around her waist he couldn't help but let his fingers drift along her side reaching out with the force and sensing the life within. A smile crossed his face as the trees began to clear as they began to near where the water met the land. Behind there was the lights rasp as something rubbed lightly against the trunks of trees following in their wake. But at this moment Atin was preoccupied with happiness and contentment walking with his wife and future mother of his child/children.

"We should do this more often," she turned to him as they walked with a smile. "Trips alone like this and than with the children. It will be nice." She couldn't help but sigh happily. Chloe for one in her life was getting everything that she could have possibly wanted and more.

If whatever made those scratches came around they would deal with it than but for right now she wished to have a nice stroll in the forest with the man she loved. "I think I hear running water. Can you hear it?"

The sound was faint but she could definitely here something that reminded her of running water. It would make sense seeing as she saw more creatures running about.

The trees cleared and the waterfront was revealed suddenly. Golden beaches ran as far as the eye could see in either direction as ramps ran out onto the water every fifty meters. Turning his body in to his riduur's he smiled down at her. "Trips with our children ... sounds wonderful. You are the perfect wife and will be the best mother." He leaned down and in kissing her lips softly.

Pulling back slowly and with almost a kind of regret he turned to where one ramp began and went out over the water. A young woman stood next to a flat boat with her arms folded. With a thick accent she asked, "Going to Villa, the floating city? Come on then." She hopped onto her boat and almost impatiently gestured for them to climb aboard.

Turning one eye to the forest for a glimpse of the creature still rustling among the tree trunks Atin then turned an stepped out and over into the boat, feeling it sway slightly under his weight, and held out his hand to help Chloe if she needed it.

She had gotten so lucky to find a man like Atin to lift her out of the darkness that she had found herself into. Now the only thing she could think of was the future and happiness with her family. "I know you'll be a wonderful father. Your already such loving supportive husband." Chloe wasn't like other woman whom would have preferred the beach resort. He put up with her craziness.

She found it a little odd that someone was just sitting there as if expecting someone. Atin though didn't seem alarmed so she decided to shrug it off and get into the boat herself using Atin as leverage. Chloe found that being pregnant made her less balanced.

"The villa isn't far away is it? I tend to sometimes get a little seasick." She grinned as the woman began to paddle them out to sea.
