Returning to Makeb

Half a call to people who want to be there and a question if it's ok with @cyrax bane. I want to do a thread or even two that involves relief efforts for the people there as well as rebuilding them. Solan feels partially responsible for the genocide that [member="Dredge"] caused and wants to help right it.

Just a warning though, if rebels show up on Makeb, Cryax will try to hunt you down and bury you in an Isotope 5 mine somewhere.
