Reunited (Alex and Veino)

Her home away from home. Here she was yet again at the old Grey Temple. The winding path up to it's main compound was still familiar to her, each step could have been taken with a blindfold. That same rock where she had first met Alex upon, the tree she was perched in the second time around. Whenever she came here those memories came back, from the time she considered was the happiest of her life. Like all good things though it came to an end, and although she missed those days she was happy where she was now. The Light had given her the strength she needed, and the comfort she had strived for ever since she left her passing mother.

Despite her happiness, there was a dire situation. The Republic was on the defensive, suffering defeat after defeat at the hands of the Sith. Minna had been there on Balmorra, facing off against two of the Sith's deadliest lords and a strange mandalorian who seemed to be allied with them. Although she managed to come back alive, and had discovered herself a new power in the process, the scars still remained. Blaster burns, mainly across her back, causing her to twist in pain occasionally. War wasn't without it's consequences, but she was not here for sympathy.

She was here for a reunion with those of the old grey order. There were very few of them still around that she knew of, but Alex seemed to have done a good job finding who to contact. As Minna came up upon the main temple, she exhaled deeply. She would enjoy herself, catch up with her friends, but she would also ask for their help. The Republic needed all those it could, and even if they did not want to fight for the Republic, they could atleast fight against the Sith.

But for now, she would let go of her worries. The war could wait, friendship was more important.

Alexandra was in plain sight, even from the ground as she lay with her legs over the side of the temple up in the garden on the roof of it. Her eyes had been closed as she listened to the sweet sounds and smells that drifte towards her. Lie pleasant morning dew or the smell of a beautiful flower... which she was surrounded by so that would be the reason there. Her clothing was simple as always, darker than normal though as it had mostly a black scheme to it but none the less it was such. By all accounts she looked nothing like she had. Her hair was now black and her eyes a shade of light blue. Her tail being an even bigger feature of hers that was not from her old body and as someone got closer one her her eyes slid open with the tail itself curling around her.

She got up into a sitting position slowly, placing the butt of a rifle into her shoulder and looking down the scope before seeing just whom it was. "Well my oh my. And what do i owe the pleasure of this visit?" Alexandra said this to herself, quietly to keep from pushing out any notice of her that she didn't need quite yet. "HEY YOU. IM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR RELIGIOUS PREACHING. GET OFF MY LAWN." She smiled as she said that, the rifle no longer aimed at her former apprentice, just a happy stare.

Veino wasn't sure what the message was for, but only to meet at the old Temple on Alderaan. He hadn't been back there in years, not since the Sith first took the planet over ten years ago now. Ah, he had been young then. He continued up the path, reaching out with the Force and sensing the presences of both [member="Alexandra Feanor"] and @Minna. They were familiar enough, that was true. Veino walked faster, feeling the rush of the familiar memories come pouring in. Some were good, some weren't. His garden though. Was it still alive or had it perished under the Vongforming and long years between the time?

He would have to stop in and check on it. First, there were some people he needed to meet. Then he would be off again, tracking down Thyria and whomever had taken her. His fist clenched at the thought, but it was rolled away through the Force. No, now was not the time for that.

Ah, there was Alexandra again, yelling good naturedly. Just like old times then. "Hello the house!" He called up, cupping his hand around his mouth so it would carry farther. "What's new out here in the core?"

Just as Minna was about to shout her reply to Alex, she heard another familiar voice behind her. Turning she saw Veino, looking somewhat older and different but still recognizable. The same of course could not be said about herself, but she knew he would sense it, there was the same aura about her that had redeveloped ever since her change of body.

"Veino," She smiled, it was a pleasant surprise to see him. "It's been a long time." A tilt and turn of her head shifted her gaze back to Alex. "You gonna come down, or have we got to come up there?" There was a playfulness in her voice, caused by the very essence this place gave off. To her it was the centre of her past happiness, the place she had felt most at home.

As she looked up at Alex more she noticed the difference between her new body and her old. It seemed both of them had swapped out for something new, although maybe Minna's change had been more drastic. Nevertheless, it meant there was plenty to discuss and catch up on. For once in a while she could have fun, and not worry about the war...

Alexandra smiled as both responses carried up and to her ears, where for a few moments she said nothing and simply smiled. "Not much, mostly just a Jedi and Jensaari running around on my grounds and what not like they own the place or something..." She pushed off the ground slowly and let her body drop towards the ground like a feather where she would land with the hood down. Her tailed uncurled from her waist and her black hair was pushed back and over her ears to keep it out of her face before she finally smiled and looked at the two of them. Without hesitation she stepped forward and tried to hug the both of them at once, smiling and tearing up as she stood there with her head dipping. "Welcome back you two."

Everyone had gone around changing their appearances. Minna was a blonde human and Alexandra had a tail. By the Force, what had he been missing out on? He grinned back at Minna.
"Yeah, been a long time. You clearly haven't changed at all." There was a touch of sarcasm there, although affectionate and quite glad to see her again. Even if she was differen and Thyria was suffering who knew what sort of torture? He wouldn't be able to stay long, but the trail had been in this direction, so it was worth the stop. A twinge of worry rippled through him, but he let it fade away into the Force.

He gave a short laugh at Alexandra's statement. She was right there, and in a way, he almost did. At least, the garden, if it was still there anyways. His face softened as Alexandra went in for the hug, wrapping her arms around him and trying to pull Minna into the mix as well. He adjusted his position and placed an arm around her shoulder.

"Thanks. it's been too long since seeing you two. Good to be back." Even if only for a little while, although that he kept to himself. It would come out sooner rather than later and no need to spoil the mood just yet. A greeting should never tainted with a farewell, even though the two could never be had without the other.
