A tall man of middle age and a hearty constitution. He has the bearing of someone who has gone through a military academy, and the keen yet wary eyes of a man who has seen war up close. His hair is long, wavy, and combed back with great care. Silver strands of age highlight the dark brown mane. His face is covered with a salt and pepper beard, which is well taken care of. On his lip is an up-curled moustache, providing the otherwise wild appearance with a touch of whimsical elegance.
His choices in dress is refined, but minimally embellished. His clothes resemble the tailoring of dress uniforms in charcoal greys or deep blues. He does not wear his military distinctions unless attending the appropriate function. Rex very much prefers to present an appearance of a warrior seeking peace, not a general ushering war. His steady and thought-out approach is part of what has given him much popularity.

- Quiet Charisma: While he comes off as a quiet and perhaps reserved person, Rex can command a room if he must.
- Wounded Knee: Rex' knees are not what they used to be, quite literally; while his leg-prostheses are of quality make, Rex experiences aches and some loss of function.

BIOGRAPHY:
- Born to a military family on Anaxes and trained at the Anaxes Academy.
- Defected from the One Sith military during their collapse to serve in the Galactic Alliance military.
- Wounded during the Sith Empire attack on Thyferra, where he lost both legs.
- Returned to Anaxes and campaigned for local office, then climbed the political ladder.
