Biography:

Becoming a Soldier. . .

Born to a dutiful Father and Mother, each served in the military and dedicated their lives to the service even when it came for Rhan's birth. Growing up was regimental, each day regulated and calculated by his parents and as soon as he was able to walk, talk and lift a blaster rifle his father started on his military training. He learned to march, to fight and to serve as any loyal soldier under both his parent's tutelage. Even at school his steps were swift and articulate, his actions reflected his precise nature and upbringing. The only strangeness, if his early militarized life was not strange, was when he was afflicted with a strong cough Rhan had to wear a mask to cover the majority of his face. It covered his mouth and nose, but even after he felt better and cured of the illness he kept wearing the mask afterwards even with his parent's protest. A spark of individuality in the young boy?

Often alienated from the others in his class and even the rest of the children at school, Rhan kept to himself and hardly spoke when he wasn’t being directly addressed. Entering closer to his young teenage years Rhan noticed he was receiving more and more strange glances at himself, despite his best efforts to hide himself from the masses Rhan felt the urge to become more descreet. It never bothered him nor unnerved him, but it did cause a few complications, a few too eager violent teenagers assumed Rhan wore the mask because he was sickly, thus weak. Two bloody noses and two black eyes proved to the two bullies that Rhan was anything but weak or sickly. He continued to carry his lonesome nature into his later years as a seventeen year old. His parents soon began to struggle with their own finances, and regardless of his father’s strong pushes to have Rhan serve as a soldier Rhan instead choose to help his family.

A man with many talents. . . .

He took upon himself to find several jobs, learning to cook as a chef in a local restaurant to being a simple butler at many mansions. His skill-set expanded, the more desired he became among the wealthy, and the seedier wealthy became more interested in acquiring Rhan's services. But his efforts never achieved much past than to barely feed his family and continue their simple lives. It was until a sickness lingered around the city, it clung to its victims and though several survived the small outbreak a selective few met a fatal end. His parents both met that end and Rhan was perhaps truly alone in his life, alone not just physically but alone with no connections closer than just his coworkers and employers.

Rhan kept attending his Butler job though, to simply try and scrape by a living, it was there he was formally trained to become a head butler of a family. The Richarz Family welcomed the young Rhan as their head butler that would serve their two children as they attend school and any social events. Though Rhan’s combative ability was never tested, both his patience and stamina were, to the very limit and beyond at times. The children were twins, Elaine and Edward and both dressed rather similar and even their hair styles matched. Their voices still young and higher pitched it caused for several headaches for Rhan as he was constantly reminded who were who by those two twins. From teaching them, instructing them, feeding them, to even disciplining them at times, Rhan endured for two full years as the head butler and caretaker of his young charges.

Entering the larger galaxy. . .

The Grandfather caused for much concern for the young Rhan as he was forced to defend the children from a random assault by a gang. The most difficult part of was not taking down the small gang but rather trying to keep the two children from understanding what Rhan had to do and why they were required to stay indoors and forced out of their school. The family turmoil only brewed and grew, and before long Rhan was left alone once more, the children swept away to another planet for their own protection.

His fingers tightened his own mask slightly, a strange sense of loneliness began to creep into his heart and mind as he walked out of the mansion for the last time. It was something he had never actually felt to such an extent, even when his parents passed away he never truly felt lonely. He continued his walk towards the spaceport, knowing that he had nothing left to hold him there, perhaps he mused that he could find a place to serve out there in the stars.

Playing a FU with a loved character that was never one, is great and so different and I have enjoyed it very much. I hope you do to with Rhan as FU. It will be fun to watch him as I know how he once was.
