Description:
Two young Mnenchei dynasts had a dream; their dream, to restore the Ri'essi Sector systems to their former glory, but also to bring the galaxy a place of mutual cooperation and creativity. Their dream was realized with the support of the former Monarchy corporation Ri'ess Regal Drive Industries, Subach-Innes Corporation and minor outsource contributions by the Crystal Heart Workshop lab. It was thus that the Ri'essi Union was formed.
The Ri'essi Union Manufacturing Corporation, or RUM, was the heart of the Ri'essi Union; an entity created for the sole purpose of promoting growth and creativity in other budding companies and designers. Its facilities were intentionally located on neutral or corporately-unaligned worlds with no prior disposition to any other faction or organization, still close to the heartland of its founding members. There, orders from within and without the Ri'essi Union are processed and developed for other entities in the hopes of bringing mutual prosperity to all it encounters.

RRDI is a shipwright and armorer.
Mirage Cybernetics is a subsidiary of RRDI, self-explanatory.
CHW is a custom alchemy lab.
SPH is an entertainment company.

RRDI isn't even my company anymore; if it was, Saera would be the only of my characters to own two companies - RRDI and CHW.

Mirage Cybernetics has never had an IC thread. It was created and approved exclusively as a subsidiary company owned and operated by Ri'ess Regal Drive Industries. You may defer to the submission for evidence.

In any case, RRDI - and Mirage Cybernetics by extension - are [member="Enigma"]'s now, as per This Thread, ergo not mine. I am merely a board of directors employee now.

It is also worth noting that Enigma was given permission to merge those companies to make a Tier V once I finish RRDI's promotional, so they're effectively going to be one company - which still doesn't belong to me.

This is not true in any sense of the word. No acting factory judge will approve a promotion to Tier V because of a corporate merger. Corporate mergers are very expensive and time consuming processes that only very rarely bring meaningful returns. It is not an instant graduation to Tier V, nor will it ever be. I do not know who told you this, but it is completely and utterly false. Please do not propagate that lie.
