Tough as Steel: The armor is able to withstand most forms of conventional weaponry that can be thrown against it without compromising the wearer.
- Exposed: The Beskar protects the head, arms, chest, and legs of the wearer, but a skilled duelist could exploit these limitations if allowed to get up close.
Bad Vibrations: The armor does not stand up to Sonic weapons well, and can leave the wearer exposed to rather dangerous effects of such weaponry.
Back Pains: The back section of the suit does contain a power pack that if ruptured, could severely damage or kill River; as such, she has put many protections around it to minimize this risk.
Following her actions in the Mandalorian Union, River Kryze crafted a new set of Beskar armor to accommodate her injuries that had left her out of the front lines for several years. The new suit is resistant to EMP and Ion weapons, and allows for her to better utilize her cybernetic limbs without hindering or being left without the protection of her Mandalorian armor.
