Rogue Squadron Home Base?

So I know I mentioned this on the Discord, but I figured its better to get people's opinions on the Site (because not everyone has discord) but what do Rogue Squadron members think of moving into The Starchild? Here are my "Pros and Cons"

Pros:
  • The Colony-Class battlecruiser allows for several different groups of military-type people to roleplay together because its so big.
  • Because its so big and houses frigates that can hold starfighters it allows for a linked point of interest and investment for GA writers during military campaigns
  • Gives an objective that has IC weight (Protecting The Starchild during invasions and skirmishes, coordinating with PC fleeters to take down other ships and fleeters etc.)
  • Promotes Small interpersonal roleplays without having to hash out where and when things take place. No need to go to random planets to hang out when you live on a ship as big as a city!
Cons:
  • Sometimes gotta come and protect the battlecruiser during invasions and skirmishes
  • Gotta RP with me every once in a while
  • Maybe compete with rival starfighter groups to earn my love and affection

Has Captain Pryce officially joined the GA navy yet? Perhaps we could accomplish two things in this one thread: The Corellian's official introduction, and Rogue Squadron (updated roster pilots) being assigned to his ship post-Corellia. Thus, reason for meet and greet. :)

Not sure how I missed this thread, but of course I am all for it. We haven't updated Rogue Squadron's home base in a long time only because I've been putting off subbing a new pocket carrier in the Unyielding-class' wheelhouse. A battlecruiser is definitely a change in scale, but I feel like such a unique ship also fits with our elite fighter ace style, and having a ship ready to go as well as a PC to captain it really makes my life a lot easier. :p

Plus I love the Colony-class, and now we're really RPing BSG inside a Star Wars RP which I am always for!
