A rebuilt version of one of the most highly recognizable units to grace the Galactic Alliance Starfighter Corps, Rogue Squadron holds true to some of the core ideals of the Galactic Alliance. They fight against the enemies of the Alliance in the skies and in space, and protect liberty, freedom and the unalienable rights of all the beings of the Galaxy.

A twelve-being squadron, the unit is commanded by Rogue Leader and their XO, whoever those two beings might be. Traditionally it has been an all X-Wing Starfighter unit, but Galactic Alliance High Command recognized the need for small multi-role units and so assigned Rogue Squadron the X-Wing, B-Wing, E-Wing and A-Wing.
