As you walk up the white steelstone steps of the narrow boarding ramp of the
ISS Nobori, you are visually overwhelmed by an array of fluttering white long, narrow flags adorn the sides of the boarding ramp mounted on a cross-rod of a pole. The flags have an inner rectangular border of a rich azure along the edges, while a large, abstract creature of the same color adorns the center of the flags. On board, you are abruptly stopped by an extensive security checkpoint, where dozens of scanners, sensors, and security personnel ensure that you are unarmed and not a threat to be on board. As you exit the battery of security checkpoints and scans, you enter the luxurious lobby of the
ISS Nobori, the mobile starship dedicated as serving as the Inari Shogunate's Royal Embassy. Here, an attractive secretary wearing a simple blue kimono sits at a large lobby desk made out of white steelstone.
She smiles almost automatically as you approach the desk. Before you can begin your sentence, she states warmly, "
Hello, and welcome to the lobby of the Royal Embassy. I would simply like to know who you are, what corporation, government or organization you are form, and the reason why you are meeting with the Shogun today."
She takes out an ornate dataslab and places it in front of you and lifts her hand in the direction of the general seating area of the lobby. "
