Strengths:
Loyal - To a fault she is dedicated to the ideal she serves that of the CIS. She might question an order but that does not mean she will not follow through with that order.
Heartless - Literally her species has no heart in there chest instead they have several pumps and valves through out there body.
Tactical - Roy has innate or Natural gift for tactics both straight forward, unorthodox, and extremely outside the box.
Weaknesses:
Stubbornness - Roy is very set in her ways and it is hard for her to admit when she wrong or let go of things. This leads to her sometimes butting heads with authority figures and getting a lot of demerits because of her refusal to back down.
Blunt - Roy doesn't have time for your bureaucracy or Political correct way of speaking. She doesn't care about your feelings she says what she thinks ina very curt and directed manner. A little bit crude but to the point or matter at hand.
Perfectionist - Roy has a propensity for being displeased with anything that is not perfect or does not meet her extremely high standards.
Prideful – Roy is filled with excessive self-esteem and will often shirk help from others for the sake of pride. This also means she will not ask for help even when it is clear she needs it.
PERSONALITY:
Roy comes off as very serious and dedicated to her craft and cause. She has strong dislike of those that are not as dedicated to the cause as she is and she will happily point out those who seem to be lackluster or shirking in there duties or responsibilities. Even those people are above her in rank she has no fear of calling them out even if it causes her carrier harm as she feels she is doing the right thing.
She does mince words, she says what ever she thinks or believes. Also doesn't need fancy language or words to tell you what she thinks either. If she doesn't think you can handle the words she might speak, she says them anyway. It leads some people to think she has a consequences be damned attitude but she really doesn't. When it comes to military actions or using force she always carefully thinks through her moves. Also when it comes to more delicate matters of Diplomacy even if she doesn't agree she will always differ to those with more expertise then her in that matter.
She is also very prideful and a perfectionist which brings her to belief that most of the time it's just best for her to do it herself. As not many can live up to her sometimes impossible standards.

APPEARANCE:
Roy is seldom seen outside of her uniform even in casual situations. Outside of that she seems pretty plain with one exception. Underneath her uniform she has tattoos all over her body though most of the time her uniform covers all but her neck tattoo that peeks out over the collar on her left side. Her tattoo's are all tribe like in design and there meaning are all but unknown to anyone but her.
BIOGRAPHY:
Roy grew up on the planet Atoa in a rural area. Her father was a retired military officer of the local militia turned farmer and her mother a school teacher. Her life was very basic she had one older brother, two younger brothers, and a younger sister. She grew up in a peaceful environment but always dreamed of the stars. She wanted to know what was out there beyond the planet Atoa.
When she turned sixteen she signed up to become a member of the local planetary militia. For four years she got to go all over the Planet mostly going after small terrorist cells. This where she learned she had a knack for tactics. Still she dreamed of more something bigger, something out there beyond the world of Atoa. She wasn't sure how she was going to get there as it was really hard to get off world, the closest she thought she might get would be by joining the Atoan Planetary Defense Militia.
With Local Militia training the Planetary defense Militia granted her request for joining. She moved quickly through there ranks becoming a Captain in there small fleet that protected the Planet of Atoa and the surrounding system. For many years she thought was all there was going to be to her life. She really wasn't into starting a family or settling down. She wanted the adventure and the war she never really got to see in her small little system. For most of that time she was just stopping smugglers and occasional small skirmish with a pirate.
Then came the day recruitment officers from CIS came Atoa. Roy saw her opportunity for something more. This is where her journey is truly beginning.
