DESCRIPTION
Royal Naboo Shipwrights, one of the galaxy's top shipbuilders in this field, created the semi-unique Kalrassin-class as a yacht for clients whose top priority is to go about their business undisturbed. A Kalrassin can make itself extremely unpleasant to be around either in space or while landed; can duck out on inconvenient interdiction or pivot its interstellar travel plans at a moment's notice; and can even grant more subjective time to rest and rejuvenate before the galaxy comes calling again.

The Kalrassin, while lightly armed in a conventional sense, is intensely resilient and faster than it should be. On paper, it may not be the most impressive ship, but its owners are chronically loyal. The specific bells and whistles that come standard on the Kalrassin are tailored for kinds of convenience that few other ships can provide. Having been in production for over thirty years, some Kalrassins are transitioning from early-model to classic heirlooms. Both older and new Kalrassins are rare and popular sights around Naboo or the nicest ports on Widow or the moons of Storm.

Ashin Varanin, having lived on Naboo as Director General Ajira Cardei in the 850s, had long appreciated the Kalrassin and finally purchased one in 902 as a retirement gift to herself. Her yacht, the Lanvarok Whisper, quickly saw service as a ritual site and an escape craft in strange circumstances, proving its utility and resilience to her satisfaction.
