APPEARANCE

Ruby has been gifted with a strong, yet lithe body. A definite improvement over the old in any circumstance. Her most striking features are her ruby colored eyes, which are unnatural for most humans. And pointed ears. Not being born naturally and other extreme circumstances will be the best excuse you'll ever get for an explanation, because it isn't as if she knows. Secondary notable sights would be a scar crossing from above the left eye downwards. Like a blade once scraped across her face. Her unruly black hair tends to stick out in all directions, held back by a hair band with a silver rose attached to keep the front in a formed fashion. The rest just does what it wants.

BIOGRAPHY
The False One

Long ago the balance of the Force was shifted to the Dark Side by the malevolent machinations of the Sith. Then to commit the unthinkable did the Master attempt. That irredeemable sin of playing 'God'. In doing so, he inadvertently set in motion a chain of events that would bring great change to the Galaxy and beyond. Failure was his ultimate result. Though the first attempt did not succeed, and many more met the same fate. There was progress. Where he failed using the Force to enact his will, from combining science were the next steps taken. With no ethics to guide these pursuits, only a thirst for knowledge and power, much suffering was had by many at his hands. It did not go unnoticed. Only able to spare them with death, test subjects were eradicated with disease. The survivors were soon freed by their torturer when it was realized no more could be done with them. All save one. The greatest of these works, the closest ever attained to utilizing the dream the Sith sought. An abomination kept alive within a life support tank, tubes and serums running in to it's organs to keep it from the death it so deserved. Bones piercing through the flesh where growth should have furthered the body. It was unnatural. A nightmare come real. Skin was missing from much of it, revealing the muscles beneath, scar tissue, and highly unusual crystallized formations. The only humanity it possessed one may recognize was apart of its head. In the upper leftsection it was natural, perfect in every way save for a double scar. With a ruby red eye starting blankly. That eye had prompted the master to name the creation Ruby. Shadowing this monster away to a safe location. Great precautions were taken to protect it from the Force itself, lest the same diseases take it too. Work was to continue on. Whether her body and mind could be restored, or the next path unlocked would not be entirely realized. The Master was killed by his Apprentice, the events of history carried out as they were intended, and the monster was all but forgotten of, save the Caretaker.

The centuries passed on. More great plots have both unfolded successfully and failed. Terrifying wars have played out among the stars. Galactic civilization was brought to the brink of destruction by a plague, only to rise once more. Ruby has floated on within her tank. And the Caretaker, now far more machine than flesh. Has carried on doing what can be done to sustain and restore the body. Ever faithful to his Master in a vain hope he will return. And that the work may continue.

Now hundreds of years latter. The abomination will be granted the gift of true life. Not the peace of death it had unconsciously craved for all its existence. No, Ruby shall be forced against her will to fulfill a role she was never intended for. There is one option left to her though. To walk the path of Light, or embrace the Dark. Either way she is shackled now to an unknown destiny to be revealed in time.

Well I wanted a middle of the path setting that can be tossed around by the influence of other players, but the endgame of any path she takes will inevitably end at the same place. I've quite the plot in place for her. The only limiting factor is my own determination to see it through, and getting other people to play of course.

This will be my first played character here. My main account I tossed up with no ambition or meaning behind him. Never took off with it, so I decided to make a story and follow it. We'll see how it goes over the next while.

Well then if you want me to come join the Empire. You'll have to find me out in the wilds and convince me to side with Darkness. I'm sure some Lightsiders will be trying to.

I rarely go to people. When I do they have proven they are strong in the dark side and in writing. Offer to join is open, but not so much a going and trying to convince her. I t would not make sense given who Vaildra is and where he currently it.[member="Ruby"]
