Everything but the *very* old attack chopper are from the Idolmasters series DLC from Ace Combat 6 - and thus, not actually real. So no, they don't make anime jets per se.

These aren't even finished so I can't tell you yes. I'd rather tell you "no" because they're war machines, not toys, but I have a feeling once everything is finally said and done I'll just let it slide anyways.
