+Excellent Hand-to-Hand Combat- Ruldan's rigorous training has left him with the ability to best the majority with his hand-to-hand combat skills.
+Good With Almost any Weapon- Ruldan has trained with many weapons, including blasters, and melee weapons.

APPEARANCE:
Ruldan is a Givin of intimidating build and stature. A genetic mutation left him with red skin, instead of white like most Givins. Psychologically, red is the most intimidating color, so paired with his skull-like face, his skin color makes him look scary. Ruldan has found that it is best for his operations if he wears all black, so he wears a black tunic with black armor, black pants, and black boots. He sometimes wears a hood as well, or standard Eternal Empire Ultranaut armor if he is going into battle.
BIOGRAPHY:
Ruldan, a genetically mutated Givin, was taken by the Eternal Empire for training at a very young age. No one knows who his parents were, but Ruldan doesn't care too much. After showing promise and potential early on, Eternal Empire trainers shifted him into a more rigorous program. There, his skill developed, and he became one of the best recruits in the whole program. Because of his skill, he was drafted into Blackwatch to serve the Eternal Empire. Ruldan has never known any other life.
