He is a special, rare race know as an Imp. He is small in height and his skin is almost scaled and golden.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born in a world not known to the current Galaxy, Rumple was trained and naturally talented with mechanical things. By the age of 8 he had already built his own star ship. By the age of 12 he was head mechanic for his planet's government. He wanted more out of life so he came to this Galaxy. He worked on planets like Naboo and Alderaan and made a name for himself as a mechanic. He was then approached in secret to become the personal Mechanic for the Tenevi Order and after the large amount of money offered he accepted.
