Tips on dealing with this besides rest? Had a very cardio intense routine and this is kinda messing with it, already cut back miles/speed and whatnot until I fix it.
Have you looked into any compression wraps? What type of shoes do you have, do you have special inserts? What are you doing for recovery, and are you getting enough rest?
I have not, Air Monarch's (believe they're made for running), over the counter Dr Scholl's Active Series, so far I've done a few stretches (probably not enough), and I think so. Seems to gradually be getting better. Unless I'm just getting used to it.
Hour of cardio a day, alternating between Elliptical and outside sprints on different days. Sprint for a minute, walk a minute. (Die) Hit about nine miles on the machine and I'm not entirely sure with the sprints. Maybe seven?
Five days a week, rest on weekends. Dramatically cut back after the pain started.
[member="Amin Garith"] during my last show prep the elliptical gave my knees fits. Are you going high resistance on there? Because that killed mine, I had to switch to walking at a high incline and walk at a moderate pace for two hours a day to finish the prep.
