Rusty sold off RCFC because he wasn't a huge fan of playing the corporate game. That said, he still enjoyed creating weaponry, so he founded Rusty's Custom Arms and Armaments. RCAA is devoted to creating high end weapons for both the military and civilian market. Unlike RCFC, which primarily focused on mass production, RCAA's focus is on one-offs and limited run pieces that will be sure to shock and amaze. Though the primary focus is on small arms, Rusty can create larger weapons, up to and including custom bombs, cannon, and other, more esoteric fare.
RATIONALE
RCAA was created with the resources Rusty amassed while building RCFC. The Shard made off like a bandit in the sellout, and has a considerable fortune at his disposal. He also has access to high end manufacturing equipment, as well as a number of contacts within the weapons industry to acquire bits that he can't produce himself.
