Points of Interest: Outside from the mountain itself, there's nothing of real note aside from the small village 32km south east and the potential of a massive underground cavern.
Description and History:
The mountain is ancient, even by Mandalorian standards. Rising over 2km above the ground, the monstrous rock is gigantic and dominates the landscape. Legends dating back thousands of years state that inside the rock is the iron heart of the mountain, a beskar vein in other words. Unfortunately, the few tests done by surveyors came up empty handed after a cursory study, but the legend lives on.
What surveyors did find, however, was a massive blip on their scanning devices. A odd, empty pocket deep beneath the mountain itself was found, but never excavated or sought after. Surveyors figured it was an underground cavern and nothing more.
The mountain is seen as a tourist destination by some of the more extreme climbers and adventurers and sees a moderate amount of tourism annually. Occasionally, one will find a flag planted at the summit where a climber reached the top of the mountain and left their mark.
