PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

As a Kaminoan he wears what looks the same to outsiders whites with a bit of green accent. But to others that see into their color spectrum his clothes are black with green accenting. The green matches his green eyes giving an ascetic he likes. As for normal eyesight they see just normal white Kaminoan clothes. Hailing from the Neo Kaminoan group they have a little bit different clothes style but to outsiders there isn't really anything different. People look and they see a Kaminoan with green eyes.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Inquisitive by nature and driven to learn are two things that are true of all Neo Kaminoans, especially Sâs Pen'kar. His Zealousness for information, learning, and technology surpass most of his fellow Neo Kaminoans. He believes that his people have the best cloning techniques in the galaxy and works hard through either members of his own species searching out new technologies & techniques to integrate into their cloning. Or just pouring money into their own research. He believes that all others are not on the same playing field, and those that have similar technologies are given respect. Albeit with a caveat since usually the species in question still have many genetic ailments that they could have purged.

In public he is prim proper and knows how to act. Allies are given respect since it is well known that the galaxy is dangerous for single system governments to stay safe forever. If word is given then it is upheld until the contract or agreement comes to an end.

STRENGTHS

Curious: Possessing a higher than normal level of curiosity he will tinker with things and ask questions if the opportunity arises.
Creative: Always thinking of new ways of doing things innovation is something that he personally loves and rewards in his administration.
Forward Thinking: Looking ahead farther than normal is part of what got him to be Council President. It is yet to be seen if he is far enough forward thinking to keep the Sith Order away.


WEAKNESSES

Emotionally Cold: Emotions are not a thing that sways Sâs Pen'kar. As all Kaminoans he isn't moved my emotions one way or the other
Superiority Complex: As every Kaminoan whether from the Neo enclave or the original they see themselves as above all others by nature of their gene tweaks. They do not show it to clients.

HISTORY

Hailing from Neo Kamino that sits through the Kartuno Abyss near the Kartuno system. Sâs Pen'kar is the heir to the Pen and Kar families. Both families on Neo Kamino made a pact to unify the second largest city of Toanoc under their rule. Finally when Sâs Pen'kar was 26 the two families had enough votes to elect him head of Toanoc. Traversing through the Kartuno Abyss to the wider galaxy Sâs Pen'Kar would go to garner more contracts & search for more technology to study to add to their version of cloning.

Sâs Pen'kar proved his genetics and family training correct when he over performed with contract generation causing the city to have to enlist others in their completion. The head of the Neo Kaminoan council was elected every five years with a two term limit. Drumming up enough support from how much economic might Toanoc had gotten Sâs Pen'kar ran for planetary council head. After a long and close race Sâs Pen'kar became the youngest Council President of the Neo Kaminoan enclave.

At the start of his term Toanoc was officially put in charge of spearheading their Kaminoan Grand Clone Army (KGCA) after starting on it nine years prior. Having selected the Melodies for a rewrite nearly a decade earlier Sâs Pen'kar helped with the gene work here & there as his city flipped their morphology to water dwelling as adolescents and land based as adults. Retaining their ability to breath both air and water when in adulthood. Now after three years of of being Council President the initial units of the KGCA are done & edited back to normal aging. Looking outward The Council sees the threat of the Sith Order looming more acutely now that the Rimward Trade League collapsed. Sâs Pen'kar as Council President heads off to forge a safer future for the Neo Kaminoans.
