Sabre Fishing (Haytham Kaze)

[member="Haytham Kaze"]

There was no need for her to come up for air. She found herself on Velusia once more. The oceanic planet was rather calm for the time being. Her webbed feet combed through the warm waters. Diving a little lower the Aquar mix gently grabbed part of the colorful coral reef below her, pulling herself even further down. Several fish panicked and swam from the scaly woman. While other, larger fish simply moved from her path. Her long brown hair followed lazily behind her head. At this time her moments below the surface were delicate, slow, and graceful.

Of course there was no place she'd rather be. On her body she wore a simple brown bikini. It was the least amount of clothing she could wear to offer her comfort and be decent at the same time. She had sent Alai to do whatever he pleased but when she would call for him, he would return. Carrying her proper clothing. Her scales brushed the side of the hard coral build up. It did not hurt but for the parts where her skin was exposed it was possible to earn a wound from the sharp edges.

Thalassa spent all she could on Velusia, learning the ins and outs of swimming in waters such as these. As well as different types with much more dangerous foes lying in the dark depths. The was she swam made it swim as though she had been born in water and never removed. Just like every other Aquar on the planet. Every hour or so she'd catch a glimpse of one of her kind moving throughout the area but it was such a vast ocean, there was much to do.

Although it was more likely they had been working on the dredful mining site with Nexcore Mining Coperation (NMC). Thalassa never had to work with NMC she always had money. While she does give what money she can to her mother, her birth giver still slaves under the labor work.

Nothing very new had a risen to her attention. Maybe it was time she came up to the surface and join the rest of civilization. Pushing up from the coral reef she found herself moving closer and closer to a small port. They always had constant movement of different types of rocks and minerals. Whatever the grubby investors could get their hands on basically. While it was connected to Mount Hallow it wasn't exactly the most popular of the ports. It's waters were prone to be rough for the men and woman who have never endured the storms of Velusia, it's waves could be compared to that of a storm.

Constantly crashing into the sides and even at time the water would reach the cement and pull objects down into the waters.

Haytham Kaze

Judge, Judgury, Judgecutioner
Haytham walked along a board walk that let him walk over the water. The storm raged, and he remained calm. Water pattered against his black hood as the wind pushed and tugged at his cloak all at the same time. How do people even live here? He thought to himself as he continued along the boardwalk. The storm raged over the land, while over the water the ripples that the rain created along with the wind were inconsistent, going in every direction. On the surface of the water, it looked a mess.

But he knew that deeper down it wasn't. The surface isn't a clear reflection of what's going on inside. And when he thought that, he realized the same could be said for living beings as well. Maybe more so for those who were force sensitive, who knew? Maybe Haytham could really be an idea sort of guy. He just needed to have idle thoughts going through his mind. Plus, maybe a rainy day or two, that was probably a good idea.

Pushing a hand through his belt buckle, he felt his lightsabre for the slightest moment, before his finger slipped through the rain slicked hoop, and pushed his lightsabre off of his belt, and at first he didn't realize since it was an action that he usually did casually, but he only took an actual notice when it bounced off the ground, and went underneath the rail and plummeted to the water below. His reactions were slow, but he didn't really make an effort to move. He wasn't in the mindset to be active, but it still tore at him that he had lost his actual lightsabre, instead of his secondary or Darth Raven's lightsabre.

Huh.

He thought as he thought he may have seen a splash as he looked over the rail.

Time to get it.

He started back in the direction he had came, and then started his way towards the water's edge. Good thing he had a rebreather on him. Who knew how strong this wind was? Even he was cautious.

A light colored cement came into view. Her hands gentle against the rough surface. Looking up she could see straight through to white waters. Breaking on the surface that blocked it's path. Above there was a dark shadow hoovering over the waters, she assumed it was just another being looking into the furious waters which was uncommon. Thalassa ignored it and swam, her body moved like a snake in fluid movements upwards. The sound of rain grew louder and louder.

At the depths she swam the ocean was calm and quite, she preferred to stay down there as long as she could. Upon breaking the surface, the sound flowed into her ears and her body was pushed closer to the cement. The waves were strong against her body. She'd make it out but it wouldn't be graceful. Her hand smacked the top of the hard ground. Then came her other hand, hoisting herself up. Looking to her right she examined whomever stood next to her.

He was rather tall, dressed darkly. That was all she could see at the moment. The quick rain blurred her eyes though once the secondary film came down, the one she used for the salty waters, cleared her vision. This man was not of Aquar race, he appeared human though looks could be deceiving. Selene's main lid close it's self and revealed two bright purple eyes. Standing up her webbed toes spread apart and gave her traction from slipping around like a fool.

Selene would be the first to speak. "You look lost, is there someting' you're looking for?" Her accent was thick. At first her back was to the raging waters but then she turned, observing her home away from home though she watched him out of the corner of her eye. Making sure he didn't try anything. One could never be too safe.
