Sad Day For Wrasslin Fans

"WWE is shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of the most iconic WWE Superstars ever, The Ultimate Warrior.
Warrior began his WWE career in 1987 and quickly went on to become one of the biggest stars in WWE history. Warrior became WWE Champion at WrestleMania VI, defeating Hulk Hogan in an epic encounter.
We are grateful that just days ago, Warrior had the opportunity to take his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame and was also able to appear at WrestleMania 30 and Monday Night Raw to address his legions of fans.

WWE sends its sincere condolences to Warrior’s family, friends and fans.
Warrior was 54 and is survived by his wife Dana and his two daughters."

I know there's a few pro wrestling fans on the board. And if you're like me, you idolized The Ultimate Warrior as a kid. Despite his issues, The Ultimate Warrior was an idol to many, and a legend to others. Rest in peace, friend.

Rebellious Vanguard
It's crazy when you think about it. In the last 72 hours, we've seen him as happy and lively since the early ninties. And, somehow, he just colapses like that and dies. Just makes you realize that life is too short, and to live each day to its fullest.

R.I.P to someone who was taken from this world just as he had the chance to put smiles on the faces of people who grew up with him as a real life superhero.

Aged 54? Criminal.

I wasn't and haven't been a huge Wrestling fan, but when I was younger in school and we had the colourful characters like our Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan...those twins wearing red and black spikes, well we certainly used to emulate them in the playground!

I always liked the image of Ultimate Warrior, and he will always be my favourite wrestler due to my childhood and it's awful to hear of his passing for family, friends and the sport in general.

A true Ultimate for sure.

Cause of Ultimate Warrior's death revealed
A report released by TMZ.com revealed The Ultimate Warrior aged 54, died from a massive heart attack according to the autopsy conducted by a medical examiner.

The official cause of death is being reported as "Atherosclerotic/Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease" which is more commonly known as heart disease and thus the examiner has ruled "natural" causes with no drugs nor alcohol directly involved.

Nancy Grace can eat her heart out now.

Wrestling, even pro wrestling takes a heavy toll on the body, and supliments do not help in the end. I was rather sad to read this on the news the other day. He was a major influence in the world of Metal Music as of late.
