Description: Designed as an implant inserted into the nostrils that can enhance or reduce olfactory sense of smell. The implant is simple enough and has an exposed stud able to switch processes on the nose looking like a piercing. Common problems with it is mucus building up that requires special cleaning solution sprayed up the nose to clean it. Other common problems is the implant if jostled from impact can mirror a deviated septum preventing the one implanted from being able to breathe and risking death if they are unable to inhale through their mouths.

What is the upper limit of this implant's effectiveness? Can you "replace" eyesight with this, so to speak?
