Definitions:
Free Population: Free Population is considered the part of the inhabitants which are born into the Sanguine culture and embrace it. They were born and raised in the Sanguine worlds and voluntarily accept the ways and ideologies of the Sanguinity.
Tribute Population: Considered as tribut population are all parts of the population of planets which were conquered and are in the process of indoctrination, full occupation and living their lifes as part of the Sanguinity.
Slave Population: Slaves are all inhabitants which have no own right for self-determination and are, not always, in the possession of someone else.
Pheguth: The unclean, they are rebels, dissidents and remnants of old institutions of planets which were conquered. They are not seen as part of the population and considered the lowest form of life, to be killed when seen.

Government & Rule
The Anarch & First Prophet
The Anarch is the first prophet of the Sanguinity and overall leader of the Sanguinity. He rules equally as a physical ruler and as a spiritual overlord and diety-like individual. Though this is only since the current Anarch, Urlock Gaur, took up the rank. He established the Anarch as the undisputed centre of the culture and worship, while also strengthening his powers and actual authority as a government head.
Magister
The Anarch´s lieutenants are the Magisters. They hold absolute authority in their respective services. Their duties differ from being system governors to military leaders. They are sworn members of the Sanguine Band and all earned their rank by cruel infighting and overthrowing their predecessors.
High Ordinals
The High Ordinals are the ministers of the government, each responsible for a specific aspect of administrative control. The following ministries are established to this moment:
- Cult Sanguine (for the indoctrination, worship, cultural enforcement and fortification, hunt of traitors)
- War (for the operational, administrative and logistical control of the Sanguine Band)
- Occupation (As first assignment to newly caputred worlds, responsible for their occupation and security)
- Prosperity (for trade, industry and all economic matters)
- Control (for the interior stability, gladiatorial administration and intelligence agency)
- Expanse (the 'diplomatic' ministry as well as intelligence gathering)
