Tactician – Saphiron can quickly come up with tactics for battles, being able to change tactics at a moment’s notice even in the middle of a battle.
Physically lacking – Where Saphiron is highly skilled in Ship Piloting/Combat, and making tactics, he is not that great physically. He tries to avoid being in battle without a Ship to pilot.

BIOGRAPHY:
When Saphiron was a young child it was discovered that he was Force Sensitive, but he did not go to train in the Force as he had no interest in it, and neither did his parents. Instead he grew up playing with ships, and when he was old enough he went to join the Galactic Republic as a Fighter Pilot.

When Saphiron was 22 years old he got married to a lady named Valenni, and unknown to him, she was a Sith. Saphiron and Valenni had two children, John and Venni, and it was discovered that they were both Force Sensitive. One day Saphiron noticed Valenni and Venni were gone, and he had never seen them again. Due to request, John went on to train as a Jedi.

Saphiron never found out what happened to his Wife and Daughter, and if he ever did, he would get very saddened, as Valenni took Venni to train her as a Sith, and Saphiron is highly against the Sith and their evilness, so his heart would be completely broken to find out his Wife and Daughter were Sith. Instead, he just assumed they had died somehow.

Would "Physically lacking – Where Saphiron is highly skilled in Ship Piloting/Combat, and making tactics, he is not that great physically. He tries to avoid being in battle without a Ship to pilot." Work? It says I need a minimum of 2 weaknesses, but is that broad enough to count?

I'd think so. However, it might be in your interest to add a lack of skill with a particular weapon. Saber, sword, blaster, lack of worldly knowledge or something.
But, whatever you fits the character should be fit for Rping with. You're fine really.
