Designed from the traditional silka beads, which served for padawans in place of a padawan braid to denote their status within the order as learners. The headpiece is meant to be beautiful for all to see and a utility for jedi to wear. With areas for different gems to be inserted and held as the force energies infuse and use the crystals to augment the jedi's abilities. From calming them, to helping aid with the lightside of the force and its use... there is even the chance with a crystal like the lambent to have a vong sense. The possibilities of crystal combinations are near endless and even stacking them to have more focus or refined sensations within the force is possible.
