The knowledge of the force net being something that was within the galaxy to a few of the scientific academies and with their exotic construction means they began to work on developing a means to use iot.. to observe it and study as well as attain the information that could be used.... and by extension it would allow them to expand their technologies means with farr-casting... which could be used on it to allow greater travel means between the Lalatina Colonies as well as other places that Sasori has been working to develop. Such as their Ardana Class Mountain Fortress facility that has been slowly converted into a facility for development and research. With their continued expansion across the universe and beyond they have sought expansions on a larger and larger scale.
