Finding a similarity to the ancient Grim rose device... it is something able to track and scan exponentially large amounts of population and record data on them... tracking interactions and contact. Sasori's engineers looking to use it and test it across vessels and with other sin the galaxy as the scanner would allow them to get more accurate census numbers which aid the eye of the grandmaster which predicts force user populations acxross planets based on the number of people and history of the world.

- Scanning: Strange in its biological scanning. It ddetects faint impulses of electrical current in bodies giving it lifesigns as well as biometric data to track contact interactions. Forming webs of interaction and people to track movements and populations across galaxies.
- Self Repairing: Designed to repair itself over time and from damage in a fight. The severity determining if it could be from hours to days.
