Designed for standard use by the techs at Sasori, the gravity bands are made to give the intensity and power of a heavy gravity chamber on other worlds. Low gravity settings are also there if you need them but it is meant to help build muscle mass without the need of a large facility. A secondary benefit is the cuffs can be used to immobilize a target with their weight increased and unable to move if they are not used to the intensity. The small design and careful setup isn't everything to them a small exterior control is set up as a means of anti tampering while the different uses can prove interesting with some of the jedi and how they might think or use them in the field. The inclusion of the standard synthweave to the design makes them uncomfortable when kept on non lightsiders. The two primary functions and modes for it are training and restraint.
Training: Much like a heavy gravity chamber or gravity technology for training on worlds with military units. The bands can create a small personal sized field on the body that can lessen the effects of or increases the effects of gravity on the user.
Restraint: Working as standard sized restraint cuffs the bands can be used to weigh a target or prisoner down so moving becomes a far greater chore and strain on their body. Or it can work like a nulling chip that lessens the effects for a brief time to hold them in place and an area like normal restraint cuffs in energy cages.

- Self Repairing: Built with a protective layer to patch the vehicle in the event of damage. The time table is dependent upon the amount of damage with smaller tears being easier and faster to repair then gashes which can take hours to reform.
- Note: Only the layer can repair not the full plate armor itself the plating can be damaged still but the underlayer of Laminanium can reform and remain.
- Overweight: While designed to help improve training and muscle mass, the cuffs can run the risk of serious injuries from over weighing them and having to much resistance
