Designed by the Silver jedi and Sasori based on the ancient phobic devices with the design inverted so instead of inspiring fear, hatred and dread it will produce euphoric feelings and warmth. It is a difference and could be a game changer but the jedi were unsure if it would completely work and such a large scale manipulation of the mental state of others is not exactly the best looked upon. So the device was shelved until they could see a need for it and better chance to try i out. For therepy, long term travel and with the recent attack on Coruscant or other worldsit could lead to a need forr something a little brighter for the others in the galaxy to feel.
- Size: Designed to be much much smaller in its size compared to the original model and worn as a belt piece

- Built in power source: Designed with its own internal power source that is long lasting but it is largely able to power the armor and systems of the vehicle but when damaged it is highly explosive.
- Self Repairing: Built with a protective layer to patch the vehicle in the event of damage. The time table is dependent upon the amount of damage with smaller tears being easier and faster to repair then gashes which can take hours to reform.
