History
Born to the ruling royalty of Talravin, much of Saul's life was decided for him prior to his birth. As such his opinion, wants and needs were merely a reflection of what his upbringing him told him his opinion, wants and needs were. Due to the matriarchal culture of Talravin, Saul was not to be inheriting any positions of power. Queens passed to Queens. Kings did not exist nor did young Saul have any ambition to pursue such goals.
As he grew up and the more his mind was repressed, the more Saul began to realize it. The weight of his upbringing crushing him down with the millions of stars in the night being his dream of escape. He fell in love with the endless night skies, the glittering stars that told billions of stories and the ships that sailed it to the edge of infinity itself.
But they found out his dreams and molded it into their liking. Thus, he was pushed into pursuing a shipping and trade degree which he completed with honors. The aim was to put him in a position of heading shipping and transport governmental departments on Talravin. In a way they believed that would sate his hunger to explore. Keep him rooted on Talravin, do his responsibilities and duty to his family while merely touching what he loved.
It did not last long. Saul fled and enrolled into the elite One Sith Naval Officer Academy with a new name - Saul Ferasi. Following his graduation from it, which he took great pride in, he served a few years in the Naval Exploratory and Logistics Department of the One Sith. Finally, away from the grasp of the family, finally doing what he dreamed of and finally - paving his OWN way.
Upon the fall of the One Sith, Naval Officer Ferasi was spared and discharged from the no longer existant One Sith Navy. While returning to his family was theoretically possible, he did not want to live the rest of his life on Talravin. Saul decided he had to keep finding his own way in this galaxy.
Not surprisingly, he found his next employment in the cargo hauler - The Areta under Captain [member="Lyla Quinn"], where he keeps his past as enigmatic as possible.
