Growing up a Zann was not an easy task. Scarlett had big shoes to fill. Her long distant ancestor and creator of her family line, Tyber started it by creating the largest criminal empire the galaxy has ever known. An empire that crumbled with his death. His decedents squabbled his empire away with poor dealing and addictions. It was not until 100 to 200 years after Tyber that a daughter came along in the line who turned things around. This daughter was none other then Grace Zann. She had taken what little was left, which was basically a small cargo ship and the cloths on her back, and turned it into one of the top 3 crime syndicates at the time, competing with only the Hutts and a revamped Pyke syndicate under new leadership. Since Grace, there have been many Zann Consortium leaders of note, but none who have reached the level of success that both Tyber and Grace achieved.
The Zann Consortium still exists today, but in the shadows. Its dealings are very secretive and mostly unknown to the other crime families. Scarlett did not automatically inherit the family fortune or its vast military assets. No, since the time of Grace Zann and the way that she had to re-create the empire from the ground up, a new tradition was formed within the family line. One must start from the ground like she did and earn the right to lead. This, is where Scarlett is now, trying to earn the respect and right to lead her families future and take the Zann Consortium back to its rightful place as the greatest Criminal Empire that the Galaxy has ever seen.
Scarlett started off on a lonely planet with just the cloths on her back at the age of 17. She first started as a dancer at the local canteena just to earn enough credits to feed herself and give herself a roof over her head while she devised a plan moving forward. After a year as a dancer, she had side hustled and gambled herself to a position to buy half of the canteena. It was a poor investment. An establishment like it in a backwater world did not have the traffic to fill her pockets with credits, but it made it easier to save up credits. After she became part owner, she gave up dancing and then took up a mechanic position at the local shipyard where she would hustle the different ships that came to her buy swapping out good parts for crappy ones and not only guarantee a return customer when the bad component failed, but would sell the good components she stole on the black market. This of course is where she started her connections not only with pilots, but with those who travel in the circles of the black market of the galaxy. Now with the credits rolling in from her multiple local investments, she branched out once more by buying a warehouse and hiring some mussel. She started the Scarlett Raiders, a swoop bike mercenary group. She did odd jobs of hijacking different local shipments kidnapping and the occasional slave trade, although, she hated dealing in slaves.
This is where Scarlett is now, a leader of a swoop gang with light to decent credits rolling in. She is eager to find an opportunity to branch out and take her operation to the galactic level and earn her place as the leader of the Zann Consortium.

From 5 to 17, she received daily teachings on top of her normal school work in, Galactic Economics, Leadership Strategies, and Humanities & Culture. She also had physical training regiments in Dance, Fitness, Blaster Fire, and Swordplay.
Somewhere between 18 and 23, she had a 6 month rigorous course by a Sith Knight, in the use of the force and light saber combat.

Scarlett is known as Scar to those who know her. Not just because of her name, but because she has a scar from her left eye that goes down and curves behind her ear. She is very beautiful despite the scar. However, she hates it when people stare at her scar or think that's why she is known as Scar. She is very intelligent and constantly strategizes her next move. She makes friends slowly, but the few friends that she makes this way are very loyal as she is to them.
