School Field Trip

Hello! I am a student in Highschool on Arkania. And I was wondering if anybody would be in the area for Kazuto to meet. seeing as how he is just a student. he might learn a little bit from people. Maybe be persuaded to carry a gun now that he is 18! so if you can get him on something, he may even learn a little bit. Just to expand on his story.
