Search function on map?

How feasible would it be to make a CTRL-F go to a planet instead of just highlighting it? Or some other functionality that lets you find planets without needing to visually comb through the zoomed-in map? Not that I don't adore the new map, just wondering if it's doable.

There's actually already a search function (see under the spoiler).

Just worth noting you have to change the planet type between canon, codex or current faction capital, otherwise it won't pick it up.
