Searching for a competent Banner maker for a secret project.

Now while the title pretty much says everything I'm looking for an artist willing to help me out in private for a project I'm actively working on that will be brought to the site in a few weeks or a month or two after everything is worked out and I have everything set just right. The first place the artist's work will be featured on this site will be discussed in private and I would like for someone that can stay quite and even if so wishes can help even further on the project as well if he or she so chooses but first and foremost someone who won't spoil the surprise.
