Searching

Mike just arived on Geonosis. He did not want to be here, but it given him a excuse to use his new Sith Infiltrator. "This is a desert planet. I am not thrilled of being here," thought Mike.

Mike went up into a cave. He ignited his lightsaber to use as a weapon and a flashlight. He felt someone touching his arm so he turned around, ready for a fight.

Geonosis, planet of sand and bugs. A horrible planet to live on, and just a bad one to hunt on. For that's what Adenn was here for, a hunt. He was searching for an escaped convict of the Jen'Ari Empire. Said convict was here, on Geonosis, a fact that Adenn disliked. However, here he was, searching for this man. He had landed some time before, out in the desert and made his way towards a nearbty cave system. It was there that he saw [member="Mike V'Trechen"] entrer the caves. A sith, an apprentice at that. Adenn sighed to himself. Perhaps he could prove useful, or a nuisance. Adenn decided to follow him into the cave, but stay far enough away.

That is no doubt what caused the acolyte to turn around, some feeling in the force. No matter, Adenn was not to be seen or felt in the force, or with the Mark One Eyeball.

Haar'chaak, Adenn thought to himself. The di'kutla acolyte had somehow seen him, even though he had concealed himself. Using that to his advantage, Adenn spun out from behind the pillar he was behind and aimed his westar carbine at the acolytes head. At the same time, Adenn readied his wrist weaponry and loosened his pistol holsters. If things came to a fight, he'd be more than ready to kill this Sith and add another trophy to his collection. Then he spoke.
"Kill me. Boy, you have no more hope of killing me than a fly. Now explain why you're here, what it is you're doing. If it amuses me, I may let you live."

With that said, Adenn focused in on the acolyte and got as much information as he could. He pointedly ignore the information about the kid being in the TJE. That wasn't important here, what was is what he was doing.

So, the kid was hunting someone as well. A shame then, he was here hunting someone as well and Adenn wouldn't let some youngster get in his way. Also, with him being a Sith, no doubt the acolyte thought he would be able to use him some how. Use him the way the Sith used Mandalorians in the past. At that, Adenn grew a bit angry, and when he grows angry, he does rash things. However, Adenn calmed himself in time, though his finger did tighten on the trigger before releasing it. Then in a threatening tone.

"My business is my own. I grow impatient though. You'd best leave kid, before you get hurt."

Mike opened his mouth, but he started to think clearly. Mike said, "Sure, but if you find this person. Bring him to me. I will give you a million credits." Mike took out his holonet and showed the mandolorean the pic.

Adenn saw that the acolyte wanted to say something before he stopped. So the Sith can have restraint, though Adenn. Then the kid spoke and Adenn very nearly scoffed. 1 million credits, that wasn't all that much in the grand scheme of things for him. However, the boy didn't stop there, instead taking out a holopad and showing a picture to Adenn. That picture, it was the target that Adenn himself was hunting.

Sighing to himself, Adenn flipped his westar twice before leaning the barrel against his right shoulder and taking a hard look at the acolyte once more. Then he glanced to the hologram and chuckled before giving a short laugh and stopping.
"Boy, 1 million credits is pocket change to me. You'd have to try better than that if you want to get me to do anything for you. Besides, you're an acolyte, and I don't take orders of any kind from someone so lowly."

Then Adenn glanced around himself before looking at the acolyte once more.
"However, you're in luck. I'm hunting the same person you are. If you up the pay, then I'll help you out. Otherwise, you're competition, and I kill my competition."

Mike thought about how much he would spend. He decided to just not worry about it. He turned back around to Adenn and said "I guess I could raise it to a billion credits, but I will give it to you in installments. 250 million now.300 million when captured. 500 million to get him to me."

Adenn stood there with his gun on his shoulder as [member="Mike V'Trechen"] spoke. If he had been drinking, he would've spit his drink out at the new number that the acolyte gave out. However, he wasn't, so he didn't, and he kept his surprise hidden completely. Then he tilted his head as if to ponder the number before sighing theatrically.
"Very well then. I can help you for that amount of credits. Though be warned, cross me, or lie to me and I will kill you. We can work together then to get the target. But you'll still pay me that amount either way."

With that said, Adenn indicated for the kid to keep moving down the tunnel. For that amount of credits, Adenn would let himself be "hired" by a lowly acolyte. It was funny though, that was a massive jump of pay, from 1 million to 1 billion. Grinning behind his helmet, Adenn would follow the acolyte.

Mike given Adden the 200 milion credits and started the walk to the corner. He was never afraid to do anything. He went over and turned the corner and saw a man.

"Adden, " said Mike turned around and whispered to the Manolorean. "I want you to see if this is the guy we are looking for. I will block the exits. Remember our deal."
