Rebellion Begins at Home.
Sector Forces are the localized branches of the rebellion, formed from planetary militias, underground movements, and independent resistance cells. While they are technically aligned with the Foundation, they retain a high degree of autonomy, allowing them to fight on their own terms.

Each Sector Force is structured around local leadership, with commanders who understand their own terrain, resources, and political climate. They conduct raids, train new recruits, and provide intelligence to the broader rebellion. When needed, they can call upon Fleet Command or Ground Forces for reinforcements, but their primary strength lies in their ability to sustain long-term resistance without direct oversight.

Sector Forces provide a critical backbone to the rebellion. They are composed of:

• Civilian militias fighting on their homeworlds.
• Rebel cells specializing in localized sabotage and disruption.
• Planetary defense forces who defected to the rebellion and now serve as the first line of resistance in occupied territories.

They operate semi-independently but receive training, supplies, and strategic direction from the Foundation’s core military branches. They ensure that no planet is ever truly subdued, waging an endless war of resistance that keeps enemy forces stretched thin.
