Pre-Omega, she was initially played as a NFU; in the buildup to Omega, the suspicions of latent Force-sensitivity were piling up from all directions, OOCly and ICly. Fast-forward five IC years and Jessica becomes a Jedi.
She would probably be better-suited for fighting at range rather than fighting hand-to-hand. Bowcaster, anti-materiel rifle are her weapons of choice, depending on whether she would be expected to fight NFUs and FUs respectively. I'm fine with any lightsaber style because I do not expect to use it a whole lot.
Kazdan Paratus is probably the canon character that resembles Jessica most in terms of how she will be called upon to use the Force and whatnot.
However, it's obvious how she will pan out as a Jedi: she will become a Jedi Technician. Just don't ask her to learn Force-comprehension or Memory Enhancement: these just won't work at all on her.
