Dreidi Xeraic
Jedi Witch
Location: Commenor
Outfit: Casual
Companion: Grisial
Tag: Jairdain
"What am I doing Grisial?" Dreidi sighed deeply, "it is still so early. Way too early and it might be nothing." Dreidi doubted it would end up being nothing, she had waited over a month by now before even considering telling another soul. It was definitely something but she wasn't sure how her mother would take it.
Dreidi felt the ship shift as they exited hyperspace, overlooking Commenor. It was strange seeing the world. A place she once called home. A place that was filled with memories of a family that she had lost. A family she hoped would return someday. But it was something that would take time. It was something she knew that Dreidi needed to put more effort into. Especially if what was coming next was what she thought it would be. Dreidi knew that she didn't want them to miss out on the many, many memories they could all make together. No matter how distant the family had gotten over the years. Now was the time to come together.
It was what she really wanted.
And that started with this moment. This visit to her mother. A step she had never taken, Dreidi was on record for being the harshest in how she saw her mother. She gave very little in the past because she put a lot of blame there. It had been a childish decision that seemed to be reinforced with every moment after. Now though, now, Dreidi was older and she couldn't stand the idea of cutting her mother out of this moment. She needed that bond now more than ever and it was also a chance for Dreidi to ask questions that had been on her lips for many days now. The longer things were progressing, the more the thought came to the forefront. She needed Jairdain to help with it. To potentially answer the question.
Dreidi just wasn't sure how she would handle the answer and how her mother would handle the question.
Landing on the planet's surface, Dreidi watched as Grisial raced out of the ship. As soon as they stepped onto firmer ground, the Vulptex shook his crystal coat and let the sunlight refract off the coat onto the ground in a sparkling display. Dreidi smirked, it was something that Grisial always enjoyed doing and demonstrating that he was still as glorious as ever. Dreidi breathed in deeply and headed to her mother's place.
She knocked on the door and felt herself holding her breath as she waited to hear permission to enter the building.
