It's almost time for me to enroll in the Voss academy, and I only have two questions.

1. Who is the best blademaster amongst the Silvers? (Specifically Doublebladed and dual weilding)

2. Who is the best abilities trainer among the Silvers? (Specifically Force Scream and force lightning)

[member="Ryker Wyldemane"] well matsu is a generalist abilities and saber wise but scream and lightning are a little darker then she goes. Bellow and electric judgement are lighter

This is a restricted skill to use and only approved by the council as a whole to teach. Has been that way from the beginning. A youngliing would not have the ability or force strength to do it. It is trained to those that want it from Knight level up.
