However, serious or prolonged exposure to electricity or thermal attacks could have disastrous results without appropriate insulation. Reflec used in this material coupled with its non-metallic nature makes it very easy to wear past sensors, or to carry something past them, meaning only the most advanced scanners will detect its presence or pierce its protective 'shell' capabilities.
