Senators: Representing your Planet

Jsc

Disney's Princess
Contrary to popular belief, senators do not often concern themselves with controlling the ebb and flow of the Republic as a whole. More often then not, they are busy representing the concerns, profits, conflicts, and essentials needs of their planets or systems.

A Senator represents their people not just by voting on bills and laws, but also by calling attention to the needs of their people and their territory. They call for aid when there is famine. They call for diplomats when their is conflict. They call for peace keepers when there is civil war.

Like Superman watching over the planet Earth from the lofty heights of space, Senators are the superheroes chosen by the people to help save their many worlds. From both threats foreign and domestic. And while they do not often wave around lightsabers, wear armor, or fire fancy guns; they do commit themselves every single day to serving and protecting all of the billions of lifeforms under their care.

Serve your homeworld and you'll serve the Republic. Become a Senator. Become a Hero. :D

While on a stand today guarding some water, I came up with an idea of how to retool how senators work in the Republic. More on that later. I think it'll be very good and really provide a sense of progression.

Can't change account at the moment, but...

I have been thinking about certain events on Lunar Meadow, but I don't know if anyone would be interested...

It's a civil war which consists of three parts. In the first one, there will be a battle, a civil war. In the second part, there's a diplomatic battle. And the third one will be the finale, where things may change a bit or stuff.

I do enjoy being a senator. Still, perhaps I should seek a jedi trainer like my boy. Someone to teach me the skills in case diplomacy fails. Poachers are one thing. Unruly force using enemies are quite another.
