Intent: To create a Master version of an existing lightsaber that Darren owns, as well as upgrade it to a level for him to use in his expertise of Lightsaber combat.

As a Knight, Darren sought after his father’s remnants and had found a Lightsaber that had been made by Jax. He used the lightsaber hilt for a very long time relying on it for all of his needs, it soon replaced all his other sabers. While he did use others at times, he always reverted back to his “Shocksaber.” Now as Darren has been Master for a very long time, as such, he took the wrong steps in trying to hide himself from the rest of the Galaxy. Hiding away here and there. Never really being in one place or another. It was when he finally decides that he needs to take the consequences for his actions and to leave in search of a person close to his heart. His daughter.
To begin that, he knows that he will be facing many trials and so, he takes his lightsaber and through the process once done in the past, he re-forges his lightsaber to be up to specs as well as allow him different forms of combat at his disposal.
The Lightsaber hilt is made out of Phrik for most of the casing to prevent other’s destroying his lightsaber. As well as provide a durable material that can be recycled for his use. The second main metal that is used, is Electrum. While he could have used Bronzium, Darren has taken it a step to confirm this to be his Master level lightsaber by the use of Electrum. It creates an asthetic look to the saber, as well as gives Darren a form of self confidence in creating a worthy lightsaber to call his own. As well, an addition to the saber is a Bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse. Meaning that the lightsaber can be used underwater and not short out. This is to allow the use underwater should Darren need to use it, as well to prevent things such as water being a form of a weapon to be used against him. Or simply drop it into an ocean or other body of water.
The lightsaber blade is composed of three crystals. The first crystal is the Permafrost. An Icyblue crystal that has the ability to be attuned with the force to the user. This means that only Darren can use the lightsaber. While someone else still has the ability to steal said weapon, they cannot activate it in any form. The Second crystal is the Opila. A second blue crystal that has the ability to increase the intensity of the blade. Burning hotter and harder so that materials will be cut with more efficiency as well as more quickly. Both of these crystals are used for the primary or the First phase of the lightsaber.
For the dual phase, a third crystal is used. While Darren could have gone with a shorter or a wider blade, Darren decided to go longer. Increasing the size from a rather small 110 cm blade, to a longer 185 cm blade to be used when fighting many foes at once, or to upset the balance of the fight and give Darren an advantage of surprise as well as a longer blade to keep enemies at a distance. However the down side to the use of a longer saber blade, means that if someone were to get within his reach, they could easily make attacks to him with Darren having a lower chance of being able to defend. This can be rectified by hitting the phase ignition button again, however that takes time. As well, Darren has to change his stance to suit a longer or a shorter length of the saber to prevent from cutting himself on accident.
When using the dual phase, all three crystals are used. While a single or two crystals could be used for a long saber, the blade could become “brittle” in a sense where it is more likely that the saber will short out from an overuse of power. To avoid that, Darren uses three crystals. When in the first phase, the blade will be a light azure color with the combined colors of the two blue lightsaber crystals. However, as the Durinfire crystal is more dominate than the other two, during the second phase, the saber will become a silver or a white bladed saber.
