My name is Serena Alverta.
I was born a slave on Tatooine, destined for eternal service to Vorta the Hutt. At the moment of my birth I was taken away and raised alone. I had no friends, no family, only the darkness of my cell and the cruel attention of my wardens.
From the moment I could walk, I was trained to kill. My body was augmented by technology thought up by madmen, and my mind warped to suit the needs of a tyrant. By the time I was twelve, I had killed for the first time.
I served as the personal butcher for Vorta the Hutt for twenty years. At the word of my master I struck down rivals, politicians, even Jedi fell to my blades. In that time I had no choice, no chance for change. I was a monster, and I reveled in my power.
As time progressed, I came to be an outdated commodity. When I turned twenty three, my master created a new assassin to take my place, using the latest technology and training methods available to him. Her first mission was to kill me. I barely survived, and in retaliation I struck down Vorta the Hutt and his closest associates.
Now, I am free. I have set out into the galaxy, my old shackles broken and left behind in the sands of Tatooine. I have found myself in the company of Sith, a culture that can accept what I am.
